Huge shout out and congratulations to Nicholas, who has been one of our best volunteers over the years. He started volunteering with us for plant sales and transplanting help when he was in elementary school and continued through his high school years. In Fall he will be a Smittcamp Scholar majoring in Ag Engineering at Fresno State! Congrats Nicholas and thanks for all of your hard work!

We're too excited to wait! Huge CONGRATULATIONS to these 2! Perla and Patrick have been working at the Nursery throughout their time as students and we couldn't be more proud (and a little sad) as they move on to the next step of their journeys! Grow on little flowers! ๐ ๐ป๐ผ๐ต๐ฟ๐น๐ธ๐ฟ

Community support blossoms for Spring Plant Sale
On Saturday, April 15, hundreds of students and community members lined up for the Spring Plant Sale at Gibson Farm Market. See ya bright and early tomorrow morning!
And remember we love it when folks bring their own wagons and boxes for plants!
All plants will be 25% off regular price for the duration of the sale!
And because so many have asked, we are super sorry we don't have Armenian cucumbers this year! Next year!
See ya tomorrow!

Meet Patrick and Alonso! These 2 Plant Science majors have been nurturing so many of the little plants for Saturdays sale.
Patrick has Britton Shiso, which is not only very ornamental but tasty too!
Alonso is bidding farewell to the purple Jalapeรฑo plant he started from a wee seed several months ago. It has such a gorgeous dark color! Be sure to thank them for doing such great jobs raising these plant babies if you see them at the sale!

Huge happy birthday wishes to Kiera! If you've been to a plant sale in the last few years you've probably seen her running around and answering all of your plant questions!
It is always sad when they graduate because they leave us but we couldn't be more proud! Congrats in graduating and happy birthday!
Kiera is off to continue her journey to a Masters degree and onward! We will miss her witty humor, coffee runs, obsession with w**d science and all of her frozen bugs in our freezer! But we are positive she is on her way to doing more incredible work and carving her own unique path in the world of plants!
If you see her at the plant sale this Saturday, wish her well and happy birthday!
