The team's latest (and most likely last trip of the year) didn't go as planned due to a planning glitch. But they still had fun during a ice cream stop at Fruta Fresca near Fresno.

It's off to college for most of the seniors of the CVHS Rocketry Club, but younger members led by Louis and Demetrius are ready to take the helm.

Have a great summer everyone!

It was a big day for the Castro Valley High School Rocketry Club. We had our first night launch near Fresno.

It was a lot of hard work and waiting that day, starting with final preps for our rocket in Anton's garage, a 2-hour drive to the launch site near Fresno and the wait for darkness to fall before we finally got to launch.

It was a lot of work and waiting -- but it was worth it! The launch was a success!!!
