We’re proud to welcome Coach Tony Chong and Coach Stephen Eng back to the staff carousel. Their return isn’t just about classes or schedules, it’s about roots, shared history, and the standards that built this place.

PMA has always been a home shaped by the people who give their time, knowledge, and care to the tribe. Having Tony and Stephen back strengthens that foundation and reminds us that what we build together lasts.

Progressive Martial Arts will be closed for our holiday break from December 24 through January 1. Classes will resume on January 2.

We are grateful for the continued trust, commitment, and support from our students and families. Your dedication is what allows our community to grow stronger year after year.

Wishing you and your loved ones a peaceful, healthy, and meaningful holiday season.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

We are proud to welcome back Coach Tony Chong to Progressive Martial Arts in the new year.

Coach Tony has been part of the PMA family since 2004 and served as a PMA instructor for over a decade. He is a certified instructor under Sifu Nick Sacoulas and holds certification from the World Thai Boxing Association in Muay Thai.

Beginning Monday, January 5th, Coach Tony will be teaching Adult Muay Thai and Adult JKD classes on Monday evenings.

We’re excited to have his experience, leadership, and energy back on the mats. Train with him, learn from him, and help us welcome him home.
