How do you make sure your child’s college essay stands out in a sea of thousands of applications?

When our founder, Harpal Kochar, looked at why many students struggle with essays, he found that a loose, unstructured approach actually hurts them. Without clear direction, essays quickly become repetitive or slip into copying commonly told stories.

To fix this, the Success Koach team uses a highly structured intermediate step: The Experience Dossier.

Instead of staring at a blank page, students focus on deep self-reflection to identify their top values and core strengths.
