Join the Keen Learners Montessori team in Fremont, CA!

We’re seeking a qualified preschool teacher to join our organization.

Do you enjoy working with children and planning and presenting age-appropriate activities for them? Would you like to be part of a great working environment and AMS accredited school?

At Keen Learners Montessori, we provide a weekly theme-based curriculum, meaning a varied day for both the children and our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Establishing a fun, hygienic, and safe learning environment
Building and maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and teachers
Updating parents on their children’s educational development and progress
Partnering with school staff and the leadership team to achieve enrollment, accreditation, growth, and engagement goals

Qualifications & Requirements:
Completed 12 Core Early Childhood units
Can read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate well with children and parents
Previous preschool, childcare, or teaching experience (or relevant equivalent)
Able to build a rapport with children and passionate about working with them
Basic computer skills
Possesses a positive and patient demeanor
Willingness to work indoors and outside
CPR and First Aid certification (or a willingness to obtain them)
High school graduate or equivalent (preferred)
Montessori certification (desirable)
Completed Infant Toddler courses (desirable)
