Trinity Lutheran School

As we begin a new school year, we invite all of our students and their families to join us for a special Back-to-School Blessing during worship on Saturday, August 15 at 6:00 p.m. or Sunday, August 16 at 8:00 a.m. or 10:30 a.m.

During these services, we will pray for God's guidance, protection, and blessings over all of our students, teachers, staff, and families as we begin the new school year.

We will also celebrate our 3rd Grade Bible Presentations. If your child will be receiving a Bible, Casey Roberts will be sending information directly to your family. If you have not received those details, please contact Casey at [email protected].

We look forward to worshiping with your family as we begin another year of learning, growing, and walking together in Christ!

📚 Don’t forget — Back to School Night is coming up on Monday, August 17th, from 5:00–6:30 PM! 🎉

From 5:00–5:30 PM, stop by your classrooms to meet your teacher and drop off school supplies. Then, from 5:30–6:30 PM, head out to the playground to enjoy time with friends, classmates, and the school community!

We’ll have two food trucks joining us:
🌭 Nick’s Street Eats — serving up delicious hot dogs
🍧 Made It Myself Shaved Ice — cooling you down with sweet treats

Both vendors will accept cash and cards.

We can’t wait to see everyone on August 17th! 💙

Calling All Creative Helpers!

Do you enjoy crafting, gluing, stapling, or taping? Trinity is looking for a volunteer or two who would like to work together to create a bulletin board for the 4th–8th grade hallway. This display will be seen by all students as they come to lunch and will help brighten our school space.

If you are interested in helping or would like more information, please contact Ms. Lacey by email or phone at 402-721-5959.

The bulletin board will need to be completed by August 17, 2026.

For families who are new to Trinity or who now have a student entering 6th grade, please note that all students in grades 6–8 are required to change clothes for Physical Education (PE). Proper PE attire includes the black mesh TLS shorts, which are purchased through the school for $15 per pair.

This year, families also have the option to have a washable, handwritten label with the student's last name attached to the inside of the shorts for an additional $0.25 per pair. Throughout the school year, many pairs of TLS shorts end up in the lost and found, so labeling them can help ensure they are returned to their owners.

Here it comes! Volleyball open gym starts tomorrow!! Please bring water, knee pads, volleyball shoes or non marking sneakers! Can't wait to get the season started!
