At our Zoom meeting on September 11, 2026, we are pleased to welcome Ziqing Jiang, Transitional Care/Case Manager of East Bay Innovations, who will present on “Affordable Housing.”
Housing is an important concern for many families, particularly when planning for the long-term independence and well-being of individuals with disabilities. Knowing what housing options are available and where to find reliable information can help families prepare and plan ahead. In this presentation, Ziqing will provide an overview of affordable housing resources and discuss some of the options that may be available to individuals with disabilities. Families will also learn about important factors to consider when exploring housing, including eligibility, applications, and available support.
