Montessori Children's House

The children of Montessori Children's House had so much fun at their Halloween carnival! They played games like ring toss, pin the nose on the jack-o’-lantern, and beanbag toss, and got creative with bracelet making and treat bag decorating. Everyone showed off their amazing costumes during the Halloween parade — we saw every kind you could imagine! The kids won prizes while playing games and had the best time celebrating together.

Pivotal Training, our sports enrichment program, focuses on developing fine and gross motor skills as well as teamwork. Our program also enables children to navigate group environments and develop social skills. Participation in such programs have proven to increase self-confidence and self-esteem and help children overcome any uncertainty or fear they may feel overtime. Our curriculum is a progression of basic basketball functions such as dribbling, passing, defense, and much more. Most importantly our program provides a safe environment for children to have as much fun as possible while they learn the necessary skills to be successful. By pairing skills like listening, teamwork, and communication with our four core values, Respect, Integrity, Service and Encouragement we can equip the children with the tools they need to R.I.S.E. to success on and off the court.
