Mission San Jose School of Guitar The MSJ School of Guitar provides expert instruction in a number of popular guitar styles including ROCK, JAZZ, and CLASSICAL guitar. KENDRICK.

Bass guitar instruction is also available. The primary instructor is owner of the school, RICHARD W. Richard has a Masters Degree in Music from CSU Hayward in Classical Guitar Performance. Also fluent in rock and jazz, Richard is a published author and an adjunct faculty member of the Ohlone College Music Department.

It is with a heavy heart that we regret to inform you of the passing of Mr. Kendrick on November 13, 2024. Music was his life and teaching was his passion, we hope you know how much he loved and appreciated all of you. On Thursday December 5, 2024 a viewing will be held at 2pm with funeral services starting at 3pm at Mission San Jose. We invite you to attend his memorial of the life of Richard. Thank you for being a part of what he loves to do the most, playing guitar with all of you.
