THE most beautiful Golu I have been to in the US. Ōviya student Simi outdid every other Golu I have been to from the silk draped walls, to the fresh flower toranams (painstakingly hand made and replaced every 3-4 days) and decorations, to the most elaborate 9 padi Golu that filled the entire room, not to forget the beautifully bejeweled and decked up Ambal on the kalasam complete with a decorated jadai! I salute her dedication, effort, enthusiasm and love for all things Indian and Indian traditions. To pull off something like this along with 7 course home-made dinners for all guests on all 9 days in the US with little help is no mean feat!! Kudos Simi... Your dedication and effort is one that inspires!!
