🌈 Color-Changing Science! 🧪✨
Today, our G1–G5 scientists explored a fun chemistry experiment using red cabbage and lemon juice! Students made their own natural indicator and watched it change from purple to bright pink when mixed with lemon. 🍋

Hands-on learning, big reactions, and lots of “WOW!” moments in class today! 💡🌟

Music class this week-🎵 Rhythm Time! Today our young musicians practiced recognizing note durations, from whole notes to eighth notes, through fun clapping games and rhythm patterns. 👏✨

This week, in the art class, children explored a creative and sensory-rich activity called Nature Imprint Art. Using soft clay and real leaves, the children pressed, arranged, and stamped the natural materials onto the clay to create beautiful textures and patterns.

Our young creators explored the science of light and turned it into an artful expression! 💡✨
By experimenting with color filters, crystal balls, and flashlights, they learned how light bends, reflects, and mixes — then used their imagination to design their own stage lights for a mini “Moonlight Show.” 🌕🎭

To make it even more fun, everyone joined in reading Mid-Autumn riddles, guessing answers, and lighting up the room with laughter and creativity. 🌈💫

At Berkeley Academy, students had an exciting blend of learning and fun. They teamed up to build a miniature town filled with creative buildings, explored the science of buoyancy through a hands-on Cartesian diver experiment, and enjoyed playing the guitar and xylophone in music class. Alongside these activities, they practiced math and language arts, learned new words in Chinese and Spanish, and shared delicious, healthy meals that fueled their energy. It was a week full of teamwork, creativity, curiosity, and joy! 🌟

Our students explored science through hands-on experiments 🔬, expressed their creativity in art and music 🎨🎶, and strengthened their skills in English and math ➕📖. They also began learning Chinese and Spanish 🌏🗣️. Best of all, many made wonderful new friends to share their journey with 💛.

Every day, our healthy and delicious lunches and snacks 🍎🥗 keep students energized and ready to explore, learn, and grow.
