Contact your Senators and Representatives and help them understand the impacts that the current budget proposals will have on our state's early care and education system.
Ask them to oppose the proposed House School Aid and Education budget changes that prevent community-based organizations and childcare providers from operating GSRP and receiving expansion funds as part of PreK for All.

Additional Asks:
Include $130 million to restore the 26% child care subsidy/scholarship rate cut.

Support the Governor's $60 million budget request for financial assistance to child care workers to help offset the cost of child care for their own children and expand the benefit to also include the Early On and home visiting workforce.

All Saints Catholic Church needs donations for the community yard sale this week. All proceeds from the yard sale will directly benefit Bishop Baraga Academy! Look around the house, and please drop off donations between 9 AM and 3 PM on Tuesday (5/14) and Wednesday (5/15). Donation drop-offs that are needed outside of this time frame can text/call Shari at 616-888-1539.

Do not have any donations? Then swing by and buy some 5/16-5/18 Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (until noon).
