Sherry Strausbaugh, Principal of Thornton Middle School, has transformed student support through innovative programs and equity-driven leadership. Managing a growing campus of nearly 2,000 students, she has strengthened school culture, rewritten safety plans, and championed grading for equity to ensure all students receive fair, rigorous, and inclusive learning opportunities.
