As we wrap up our final week of summer activities, let’s take a moment to celebrate all the exciting experiences we’ve shared. We took care of our planet and embraced the natural world around us. We’ve whipped up scrumptious dishes, and fearlessly experimented with new flavors. We’ve even defied the odds by creating s’mores without fire! Our minds have been blown by the wonders of science, as we witnessed colors change, things blow up, and substances melt. Finally, we’ve expressed our creative sides through painting, molding clay, and working with dyes. It’s been an exhilarating adventure, and we eagerly anticipate a spectacular end to our summer fun.

Last week, as part of our Nature Explorers themed summer activities, our friends enthusiastically crafted bird feeders for our local feathered friends. They thoroughly enjoyed the process of creating them and selecting unique shapes for their feeders. 🐦🌿

Happy Father’s Day to all the courageous dads out there! We hope you had a fantastic time with your loved ones on Sunday. We would like to take a moment to express our gratitude to all the WMS dad’s who joined us for our Father’s Day Breakfast. The children had a wonderful time making breakfast sandwiches with her dad and crafting a keychain that dad will cherish forever.

Fathers, we would like to express our gratitude for your unwavering support and motivation. Your confidence in us has empowered us to overcome any challenge. 💪🏼

Happy Mother’s Day to all the fantastic moms out there! We recently organize a beautiful Mother’s Day tea party event to honor the wonderful mothers of WMS. The children had the opportunity to dine with their moms and create a memorable photo frame together. It was a truly unforgettable experience that will be cherished forever.

Mother’s, words are not enough to express our gratitude for all the wonderful things you do. We appreciate you more than you know. 💐

Additionally, A huge thank you to Ms. Susana for the incredibly delicious food that was served that day.

As we transition from March to April, we can’t help but reflect on the pleasant time we spent learning about Nowroz. During the celebration, we learned about the importance of setting up a haft-seen table and the symbolism behind each item.

We had a fantastic time during the event, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Hanna’s mom for taking the time to educate us about Nowroz. 🪻

Look at our toddlers! They put together their own leprechauns in honor of St. Patrick’s day. ☘️ They later enjoyed handmade Irish soda bread with homemade butter they learned to make. Mmmm how delicious!

We are thrilled to welcome Coach Corey and Coach Supriya from Amazing Athletes, who visit our school every Tuesday to engage and stimulate our children’s essential skills, including coordination, teamwork, and confidence. This program not only entertain the children, but also enhances their cognitive and physical abilities. Amazing Athletes provides extracurricular activities right here on our campus, making it convenient for the children to participate. The children have so much fun during the sessions just take a look at some activities they have been participating in!

In honor of Chinese New Year earlier this month, all our friends participated in listening to the story of Nian and firecrackers and learned a new year song. At the end of an eventful celebration we all enjoyed some very delicious pineapple tarts and the children were given a red envelope with some stickers!

We all had an amazing time during this celebration! A big thank you to Ellie and Elaine's moms for coming in to teach us about Chinese New Year. 🧧

Happy President’s Day! 🇺🇸

In honor of President’s day we learned about George Washington and Abraham Lincoln and what they contributed to the United States. We later picked a president that we felt connected to and wrote about why we chose them and what our favorite contributions are that they’ve made.
