We were fortunate to be guests at the Fremont Lions Club meeting today.

Our awesome Domestic Violence Victims Advocate, Charlene Miller, spoke about understanding domestic violence, shared important facts and statistics, and discussed the resources and support available to those experiencing domestic violence.

We are grateful for opportunities like this to connect with members of our community, raise awareness, and help ensure that those who need support know they are not alone and that help is available.

So appreciative of Journey Church for allowing us to come personally give thanks for their generosity.

The Liberty Center could not do what we do without support from great people and groups.

Journey is also having a shoe drive to benefit local youth. They are in need of smaller and larger size shoes. You can drop these off to the Liberty Center and we can get the shoes to them.

It’s almost time to head back to school, if your family could use a little extra help getting ready for the new school year, Sandusky County Share & Care is offering free school supplies for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade.📚

To register, give us a call at 419-334-2832. We’ll take your information over the phone and schedule a pickup time.

Please keep in mind that this program is for families with a financial need, and supplies are limited, so don’t wait to call!

We’re grateful to be able to serve our community and hope this helps make the start of the school year a little easier for local families. ❤️🍎

Journey Church Fremont heard a need and they showed up BIG time. Journey Church you are the definition of a servant’s heart.

We cannot survive without those who choose to give. In people’s most vulnerable times, knowing that someone cares means the world.

If you are out shopping in the next few days we could use some packaged snacks. We are looking for individually wrapped items such as snack cakes, crackers and granola bars.
