Shiloh Center Adult Day Services

We want to thank 30 Bowl for the wonderful experience we had at your venue last week. Everyone in our group had a blast bowling, and we truly appreciated the hospitality.

On behalf of our group at Shiloh Adult Day Services, we want to sincerely thank Kathy and her volunteers for hosting us. We greatly enjoyed learning about the history of the The Old Poor Farm and appreciated the opportunity to tour the facilities.

The highlight of our visit was certainly touring the animal sanctuary and getting to feed the animals. We truly valued the experience and look forward to returning soon to volunteer and assist with a future project.

We appreciate Megan and her husband, owners of Fremont Nutrition Fremont Nutrition for sharing their experience with us and introducing us to boba in their nutritious beverages, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

This was a highly productive day filled with spring cleaning, garden prep, and an afternoon art session with Lisa from Gallery 92. Our clients eagerly look forward to the large-scale garden and flower planting. We are 3 weeks away from the last frost.

The recent windy weather has prompted us to relocate the flowers indoors.

Spa day and skin care day. We learned about skin care and how important it is to include our faces. Also to spend time for ourselves doing this can be part of our self care routine. We had some brave souls join us.

Our Easter Party was Thursday. Everyone had a good time. They were all searching for the egg with $100 to spend in our center store! Pin the tail on the Easter Bunny and Bingo with prizes were a hit. Then we spent the afternoon singing karaoke of course.

The benefits of sunshine are so good. We encourage you to get out and enjoy the nice weather. We played hot potatoe, basketball, and our art creators drew some awesome pictures.

The quarterly pool tournament was this week, we had some of our champions step down this time and some new students join. It was fun to watch the new ones battle the long time players and hold their own. Congratulations to our 1st place and 2nd place winners, and to all who participated you are all champions!

The weather has been so beautiful, and we are taking advantage of it. Walks at Johnson Lake, and today we took the games and art outside. How have you been enjoying the outdoors?
