Treat children as if they were own and not only give them a place to stay for the day but a second home where they feel loved and cared for. Many of them pick up the language within the first year of being here. The food is never pre-made nor canned, it's always made fresh that day with the same foods I feed the rest of my family. I feed the children a variety of foods keeping in mind religious and cultural needs.
