Week #2 @ Gan Izzy Jr. was a BLAST 💥🎉

Week #1 @ Gan Izzy Jr. was INCREDIBLE! 🤩

Purim 2024 was filled with joy, friends- new and old, and LOTS of hamantaschen!

We set out recycled materials in our outdoor classroom today and, using their ingenuity, the children got to work creating a model delivery truck 🚚.

Through this work they strengthened their 💪

The “Helping Hand Food Truck” is back in town! 🛻

For the past week the children at Shalom Preschool have been baking cake & challah🧑‍🍳 , ordering ingredients 🥕, cooking, writing menus 📝 and navigating working as a team💗💪

Friday’s Helping Hand Food Truck, hosted by the SP Nursery/Pre-K friends was a HUGE success! 🏆

Dressed in “jackets” they created by hand and their school beanies, the children executed an incredible fundraiser for an Israeli Preschool. We are so proud of their hard work, creativity & generosity! 👏👏

We are grateful to our Chabad of Fremont community for coming out to support the SP students in this special project!

For the past two weeks, our Nursery & TK friends have been hard at work creating a Food Truck business called “The Helping Hand Food Truck”! 💚

They have been baking challah🧑‍🍳 , ordering ingredients 🥕, building a model food truck 🛻, learning about calculating money 💵, writing menus 📝 and navigating working as a team💗💪
