Building Leaders Through Taekwondo 🥋

Today, we hosted our Leadership Seminar at both our Pleasanton and Fremont locations! Our students came together to sharpen their skills and learn what it means to lead by example.

A special thank you to our Assistant Instructors who came out early this morning to demonstrate leadership through their actions, and to our Masters for sharing their knowledge and guiding our students.

Great job to everyone who participated today. Keep learning, keep growing, and keep leading!

Mastery is in the details. 💯

This past weekend, our Poomsae Team stepped onto the mats at the Elite Open, showcasing incredible focus, balance, and sharp ex*****on. Poomsae requires relentless repetition and deliberate control, and our athletes delivered exactly that.

RESULTS:

    • 🥉 11 Bronze Medals

Every medal represents hours of perfecting stances, timing, and power generation. A huge thank you to our families who support these athletes on their journey to excellence.
