A child should remain in a rear-facing car seat until reaching the highest weight or height limit allowed by the car seat manufacturer. An infant under the age of 1 must always ride in a rear-facing car seat. Check the labels on the car seat or the car seat instruction manual for more information.

Swim lessons aren't just a childhood milestone; they're a crucial skill for all ages!

Drowning is the third leading cause of accidental death worldwide. In the US, it is the second leading cause of injury death among children ages 5-14 and remains in the top 5 leading causes of injury death up to age 55--thus highlighting the importance of water competency at every age.

Even if you're a teen or an adult, it's never too late to learn to swim and equip yourself with this essential life-saving skill!

Look for providers that offer adult learn-to-swim opportunities in your community!
