⚡️🌪️Weather Alert – Delayed Opening Tomorrow

Due to severe weather expected in our area between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM, we will have a delayed opening tomorrow for the safety of our families and staff.

We plan to open at 8:00 AM, once the weather has moved out of the area.

💙 From all of us at Discovery Time Playschool

One of our sweet VPK students, Kallissa, is getting ready for her fourth open-heart surgery. This brave little girl has been fighting congenital heart defects since birth, and she continues to show incredible strength.

Kallissa is such a joy in our classroom. Watching her grow and learn has been so special for our teachers, and our entire school family cares deeply about her.

She will likely be out of school for up to 12 weeks while she recovers, and during that time her family will be traveling and focusing on helping her heal.

As a school community, we always try to support one another when it matters most. If you feel led, please consider donating or sharing their fundraiser to help ease the financial burden during this difficult time.

Please keep Kallissa and her family in your thoughts and prayers as they prepare for surgery and the road to recovery.

This is just a friendly reminder that Discovery Time Playschool will close at 2:00 PM tomorrow, Wednesday, November 26th, for the Thanksgiving holiday break.
We will re-open on Monday, December 1st.
