Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending the graduation ceremony for New Student Indoctrination (NSI) at Naval Station Great Lakes, where my former Commanding Officer, Teighan Muder, successfully completed this important milestone.

NSI is a three-week program designed to prepare and facilitate the successful integration of incoming students into the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) and college life.

This fall, Teighan will begin her next chapter at Norwich University on an NROTC scholarship. It was an honor to be there to celebrate her accomplishment and witness the start of what promises to be an exciting and rewarding journey.

Cadets, I just found out I need 13 volunteers for the Flag event at the Elks club on Friday 12 Jun @ 1700 and currently I only have four, so if you’re available it would be greatly appreciated. This is a great opportunity for us to give back to the organizations that have supported us financially. This event will be in your black and tan uniform and is open for the parents and public to attend.
