Howdy, fellow Bulldogs! Our reunion is two weeks away so here are some details for everyone. We pretty much have everything locked down so unless something unexpected happens, this will be the schedule of events:
- Friday night (10/14/22): 🐶 Homecoming game @ 6pm
•wear your orange and blue!
•don’t forget to order a shirt!
•there will be a tent area for everyone to gather before the game and I believe there will be a section of the bleachers reserved for everyone to sit in during the game.
- Saturday (10/15/22): Grady Brown Park -2pm 🏊♀️ 🛶 🚤
•located where the Bay Field (or Bay Fill for the blowhards) once was.
•bring your own food/drinks
•bring kayaks, boats, floats, & chairs!
•there is plenty of space to spread out and clean public restrooms available.
Saturday night: Horsepower Pavilion
•located on Hwy 20 in Portland behind the two huge golden horses that flank their entry gate. 🐎
•there will be music, courtesy of Joy Serrano playlists, decade specific of course 😉. 🎶 📻
•the meal will be buffet style and the menu is as follows-
- pork sliders 🐷
- brisket sliders 🐄
- chicken wraps 🐓
- pasta 🍝
- fresh salad 🥗
- Cole slaw
- rolls 🍞
- dessert cart (cake, etc) 🍰
- sweet tea, lemonade, water ☕️
• the cost per person will be $25.
• there will be alcoholic beverages available for an additional cost but not included in the meal. 🍻
- If you would like to order a Bulldog tee or hoodie for the Homecoming game on Friday night, please get your orders in this week. I believe he told me that he would print them on the 10th so don’t wait too long! 🐾
