Our 1st and 2nd graders are practicing with their partners ways they can calm down in the classroom.
These are the four Ways to Calm Down we have learned:
❤️ Counting
❤️ Pick a color
❤️ Soup breathing
❤️ Hand like a seed
If you are not sure what your student is doing in the picture, ask them and hopefully they can explain it to you. 😊
