When I think of this journey, I think of the highs, the lows and the grind over the years! Of course without our students and the confidence of many families in our academy we wouldn’t be in existence! 🙏🏽💙

But there are a handful of people that stood up when they needed to and showed up when they thought it was important. The ones who are here to this day, a part of the academy, and more importantly a part of my life! 🙏🏽💙

Ages 4–6 are a wonderful time for children to begin learning the building blocks of Jiu Jitsu in a way that’s fun, safe, and designed just for them.

How cool is this! Coach Angel Jose Maria is on a work trip in Hawaii and dropped in to train at a Relson Gracie academy. He got to meet Master Relson who was there for a promotion night where 8 people were awarded Black Belts, and to top it off Professor Ronn Shiraki awarded his Coral Belt!
