I have lost contact with several families that have loaned diapers which means I am not getting diapers back after they are done being used. Due to this, I am down to very few diapers. I have decided to suspend the program for now due to lack of supplies. If you have diapers through us, please contact me to catch up and discuss where you are in your diaper journey or to return diapers. Thanks in advance!

After a long break, I am working on getting back to it! We are all moved into our new home and I am slowly working on getting everything organized and rearranged in order for me to bring in my inventory! Things are finally looking up and I'm beyond excited to show you all the ideas I've been working on! 🥰

I'm still here! I've been a little quiet on social media after a few rough patches in my personal life and a big move! I am back and ready to tackle this thing head on!

To update everyone on what I've been working on behind the scenes;

I have 2 sets of diapers out to families right now! I have 1 part time set available if anyone is in need, please send me a message!

I am working on securing some wholesale price products to help ensure we have everything we need to give everyone an enjoyable experience! This includes woman's resuable menstrual products!

My Facebook messages were wiped and I lost contact with a few people who could offer some help with sewing when the time comes! If you are able to help repair cloth diapers, swim diapers and menstrual pads please send me a message here!

I have lots of big ideas for what's about to come in the future! Keep your eyes peeled for new education material and fundraising 🤍

I'm in search of a seamstress local to the area (Mid-Michigan) that can help with repairing elastics and velcro in a tote of diapers! Quite a few diapers that were donated were older and the elastics are shot and the velcro is getting close. The diapers are still in good condition, they just need a little love. I hate to toss these diapers that can be repaired!

If you are willing to donate your time, I will provide all supplies for replacement of elastics and velcro. If you are providing materials, I can pay a reasonable fee.

Our house is safe and our family is safe but our town is absolutely destroyed. Families have lost whole homes, all of their belongings and memories. It's all been washed away and our little town is left to rebuild from scratch.
We have families in shelters and hotels, some don't even have homes to go back to and attempt to save. This event is absolutely devastating to our community and this will take us years to recover.

In an attempt to help local families, I will be launching limited access to The Cloth Closet for families affected by the flooding. If you or someone you know is in need of diapers for a little, please contact me today. Bare with me as I am still in the process of finishing up sanitizing and organizing individual stashes but I will get these delivered to families ASAP! I will also offer temporary laundering services to those displaced from their home.

As many of you know, Sanford and many sections of Midland are being evacuated due to dam failures and severe flooding. I was not home at the time of the evacuation, so sadly this means I was only able to save the few very important things that I could ask my parents to scoop up for me when they were getting the animals from the house. This means all of my diapers are stuck in my home and the fate of my home is honestly unknown as we are about 150 feet from Sanford Lake.

It seems 2020 is really a year of challenges and it just one thing after another. With several setbacks with everything happening this year, I am still 100% determined to start the Cloth Closet. I will continue to keep everyone updated as things move forward.
