🥋 FOUR NEW BLACK BELTS AT SPARTAN KRAV MAGA! 🥋
We are incredibly proud to congratulate Lonnie Crowe, Caelie Crowe, Andy Luce, and Mike Butzu on successfully passing their Krav Maga Black Belt test, administered by Nir Maman!
This was no easy test. They were pushed through a challenging six-hour Black Belt examination that tested their technique, conditioning, mental toughness, determination, and ability to keep performing while physically and mentally exhausted.
Reaching Black Belt is about far more than learning techniques. It represents years of training, discipline, perseverance, pressure testing, and a commitment to continued improvement.
They were tested hard, they kept pushing, and they earned it.
Please join us in congratulating:
🥋 Lonnie Crowe – Black Belt
🥋 Caelie Crowe – Black Belt
🥋 Andy Luce – Black Belt
🥋 Mike Butzu – Black Belt
We are extremely proud to have all four of them representing Spartan Krav Maga.
Congratulations — well-earned! 👊🔥

🥋 **Training With the Best — FIMA/FITA Conference**

While attending the FIMA/FITA Conference, Spartan Krav Maga instructors **Lonnie and Caelie Crowe** had another incredible opportunity to expand their training — this time working with the legendary **Paulo Rubio**.

Events like FIMA/FITA give our instructors the chance to train alongside highly experienced martial artists and instructors from different backgrounds, exchange ideas, sharpen their skills, and bring new knowledge back to our students at Spartan Krav Maga.

We believe good instructors never stop being students themselves.

We’re proud of Lonnie and Caelie for continuing to seek out high-level training and opportunities to grow.

🥋 Train. Learn. Improve. Repeat.

🔥 SKM TAKES ON THE SPARTAN RACE! 🔥
On July 18, members of Spartan Krav Maga traded the training floor for mud, obstacles, and a whole different kind of challenge at the Spartan Race! 💪
We couldn’t be more proud of everyone who stepped up, competed, supported each other, and crossed that finish line.
Days like this are a big part of what makes the Spartan Krav Maga community special. We train hard together, challenge ourselves together, and occasionally decide that crawling through mud and climbing over obstacles sounds like a good way to spend the day. 😂
Great job to everyone who represented SKM! 👊

At Spartan Krav Maga, learning never stops.

Back in May, Lonnie Crowe and Caelie Crowe had the opportunity to train with renowned martial artist Shonie Carter during the FITA/FIMA training event.

One of our core beliefs is that the best instructors never stop being students. Every seminar, certification, and training opportunity allows us to sharpen our skills, expand our knowledge, and bring new ideas back to the mats for our students.

We’re proud of Lonnie and Caelie’s dedication to continually improving themselves so they can provide the highest level of instruction to our Spartan Krav Maga community.

Congratulations to both of you on another outstanding training experience!

🥋 Train. Learn. Improve. Pass It On.

If you’re looking to train with instructors who are committed to lifelong learning and real-world self-defense, we’d love to have you join us.
