We had an awesome visit from the East Freehold fire company and Freehold independent fire department today for fire prevention week! The children got a chance to go inside and sit in the fire trucks, as well as check out the protective gear the firefighters wear! Miss Taylor even dressed up as a fire fighter!🚒🧯🔥

Happy 3rd work anniversary to Miss Sonia! Thank you for everything you do!💐🎉

Kindergarten readiness can show up in everyday moments, not just big milestones. A few signals to notice:

1. They’re building confidence to try things independently. Examples: walking into a room first, asking for help, or giving something new a try.
2. They’re starting to recognize the letters in their name, even if they’re not reading just yet.
3. They’re showing care and responsibility at home. This could include things like helping pack a bag, feeding a pet, putting away toys, or getting through part of their routine with a little more ease.

Every child grows at their own pace - and readiness looks different for every family. Their preschool teachers can are a great partner in noticing strengths, celebrating progress, and helping you think through what comes next.
