This week we had the chance to speak at Junior Achievement of Appleton’s summer camp about our journey as Foxtail Produce, what microgreens are, and what it’s really like to start and grow a business. It was fun meeting so many curious and motivated students. Even better seeing some of the kids try something they’d never have tried before and love the greens. Thank you for having us!

ATTENTION due to the poor air quality from the wildfire smoke, we won’t be attending the Downtown Appleton Farmers Market this week. Your health and our team’s health come first. If you’d still like your microgreen fix of the week, they are available for pickup at the farm. Just send us a message or call with your order and we’ll have it ready for you! (920-766-3242)

Our available microgreens this weekend are:
cantaloupe, pea shoots, rainbow radish, kale, arugula, tot soi mustard, broccoli, sunflower, garden mix, and micro fuel mix!
