The Freedom Elementary Playground Ribbon Cutting Ceremony is next Wednesday, September 2 after Open House at 5:15 PM! The PAC will be providing popsicles to all students who attend!

Over the weekend a few of our students, Amelia, Aubree, Jordy, Kamden, Griffyn, Millie, and Myles , worked hard to put together a lemonade stand complete with: homemade sweet treats, lemonade, and golf balls! This past weekend they spent their Saturday running the lemonade stand with so much excitement around telling everyone that they were raising money for the school playground! The kids ended up raising $390 to all be donated to the playground fundraiser! They worked so hard and are so proud of how well the sale did! Thank you to everyone that came out to support our children! GREAT JOB to our students for working hard to raise money!!!!

Let's keep it going! We have now raised $16,305 with 119 donors! Let's try to raise over $20,000 OR a total of 150 donors by the end of this week! You can see information on this fundraiser and how to donate here - https://freedomplayground.netlify.app/

We are asking each family contact 5 of their friends and family to help us raise funds for our new FES playground. Plus, those that participate will be entered into a drawing and could win up to $150!

Ways you can do this 👇
1️⃣Write a letter
2️⃣Send an email
3️⃣Send a text

For every 5 people you ask, you will get 1 entry into a drawing (i.e. ask 10 people and get 2 entries!). Prizes include two $150 gift cards, four $25 gift cards, and other various prizes.
**Get an additional entry into the drawing by snapping a photo or quick video of your children asking for people to help donate and share it to your social media.
**Get an additional entry by asking a local business to donate.
We ask that you please send out your donation requests by the end of this week as we hope to receive all donations by August 15th.
