Reminder that we have our June meeting this coming Tuesday, June 13th at 7:30pm in the FCHS Board Room.

Our next Foundation meeting is Tuesday, June 13th at 7:30pm in the FCHS Board Room. We have several openings on the board, all are invited to join.
The Foundation Board is responsible for the management of 8 scholarship funds. We meet on the 2nd Tuesday every other month. We sell pavers that go at the entrance to the football stadium. We also have 1 annual fundraiser (donut dash recently, 5K before that) that we use the funds to provide grants to our FCHS teachers for curriculum improvements.

Calling all Senior Parents and graduation attendees - in case you didn't catch the announcement on Teacherease, the Freeburg Community High School Foundation is auctioning off two pairs of front row seats for the 2023 Commencement Ceremony!

Please see the details below:

This will be a “sealed bid” auction whereby each interested party will email their highest bid to the FCHS Foundation at [email protected].

The auction will open on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 8:00AM and close on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 5:00PM and the winners will be notified by April 28, 2023.

Please include the following information in your bid:
• Your name
• Your student’s name
• Phone number
• Address
• Number of pairs of tickets you are bidding on (1 or 2)
• Amount of bid
A few notes:
• You may send multiple bids and your highest bid will be considered your final bid.
• After receiving your bid, a Foundation member will confirm receipt of your bid via a confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation email within forty-eight (48) hours of sending your bid, please follow up with an additional email.
• If you are a winner of the auction, payment must be received by the FCHS Foundation by May 5, 2023 or your bid will be disqualified, and the next highest bidder will be chosen.
• If there is a tie, the tied bidders will be notified and asked to provide a higher bid. This process will continue until there is a winner.
• The only method of bidding is via email.
