Fredonia Aerobic Center SUNY Fredonia's Aerobic Center is located in the lower level of Hemingway Hall. It is open to all SUNY Fredonia students. Please like our page.

The SUNY Fredonia Aerobics Center offers a great variety of classes from zumba and cardiokickboxing to hip hop abs and bodysculpting. The staff is hardworking and beyond dedicated. Stop in and get a great workout that is conveniently on campus, time efficient and result effective!

I'll be going Live today with a step and strength workout. If you have a step to use, get it ready. If you don't have a step you can do all the moves on the floor! The point is to get up and move :).
