Remember the good ol’ days when the courthouse lawn was FULL of kids’ games during Homecoming?! 🥹 The laughter, friendly competition, and excitement of winning a 2 dollar bill or dollar coin are some of our favorite Homecoming memories! ❤️

Well, WE MISS THOSE DAYS! So we’re bringing back a little of that old-fashioned fun! 🙌

As Old Iron Days 2026 comes to a close, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s show possible.
Thank you to our volunteers who put in countless hours before, during, and after the show. Thank you to our exhibitors and demonstrators who brought history to life and shared their knowledge with others. Thank you to our sponsors and donors for their generosity, and to the vendors and organizations who joined us throughout the weekend.
And most of all, thank you to everyone who came through the gates. Whether this was your first Old Iron Days or you’ve been coming for years, we’re grateful you chose to spend part of your weekend with us.

We have one last gathering before we officially wrap up the weekend. Join us tomorrow for church at 8:30 am.

Come out of the rain and check out the barn quilts for sale in the 1st National Bank 4-H Learning Center! Funds from the sale are shared between the Fredonia Arts Council and Wilson County Old Iron Club to benefit programs for children.
