Another alum adventure! ⭐️
Richard Simpson (26’) went to Pittsburgh for a Summer Intensive Cold Shop course called Break Through! with Chris Ross ( Christopher Ross )

“I came home with a huge collection of work. One project involved filling a cardboard box with glass, rocks, and poured concrete. Another explored laminating and assembling glass. Another combined glass and stone, and one focused on engraving glass on a lathe before flame polishing the surface to soften the tool marks. Every project pushed me in a different direction.
It’s honestly hard to describe the amount of fun, work, sweat, sore muscles, and smiles-per-mile we packed into one week. Every bit of it was worth it, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.”
