I wanted to take a moment to lay the groundwork on my new mens baseball team. We play 18 and over in the Richmond NABA and had our first season this last summer. Record didnt show but thought it was extremely successful for our first year.

Folks my fall training schedule will be Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00ish. Sundays from 12:30 to 2:30 and as always I have small group training on Sunday mornings from 11:00 to 12:30 and Monday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30.
