During the build of Coating’s Central, we sat down with Chad Shoemaker of Topcoat Technicians. Chad made the transition into small business ownership after some major life experiences. He now leads the Bulletproof Contractor Elite Group - which is a program we have developed for novice crews or brand new companies that are looking to advance into commercial work. Chad’s focus is in mentoring other folks that are on the path he’s traveled. From “making the leap” to enhancing the scope of work. This was our early stab at podcasting, shot at a rented unit - these experiences and conversations have inspired us to take it a step further with building our own Live Podcast studio at our location in Fredericksburg. We’d love you to come talk on your journey and how you feel the industry is shifting. We want to hear from Installers, Manufacturers, Distributors. This industry has discussed keeping market’s healthy and products and innovation in the forefront of discussion. I believe open forums and concurrent discussion is a key element.
