Kelly Canham is the founder of Sweet Dreams Consulting and is a certified Child Sleep Consultant in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She received a degree in Psychology from East Carolina University and has focused much of her time and energy on her passion: helping children get the sleep they need. Kelly has three children, ages 6, 3, and 1. She has seen the positive effects of quality sleep in her own

children, and strives to help others reap the benefits of sleep as well. Kelly works with clients both locally and long distance. She works diligently to fully understand the sleep hurdles that each family faces. She coordinates with her clients to create a sleep plan specific to each family she works with. Every family has a different dynamic and every child is unique; therefore, there is no ‘one size fits all’ answer. However, with Kelly’s help, you will find the right solution for your family.
