Every day, our teachers pour their hearts into supporting, encouraging, and inspiring students, and last week was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate all they do for our school community. Thank you to everyone that helped support our staff during Teacher Appreciation Week.

A special thank you to Virginia Lottery and their donation of appreciation cards for students to fill out for teachers, along with lottery scratchers for our staff. The heartfelt messages meant so much and we even had a few lucky winners!

Looking for a meaningful way to support our school community? Join the PTSO as a Board Member or lead/participate in a committee (Membership, Snack Cart, Fundraising, After Prom, Social Media, or Hospitality). Your ideas, leadership, and involvement help make a difference for our students, teachers, and families. All board positions are open for election each year, but we are in desperate need of a treasurer for next school year. Whether you have a little time or a lot, we’d love to have you on the team. Our next general membership meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 26th at 7:00 p.m. virtually. We hope to conduct any necessary board elections then. A virtual meeting link will be mailed out to our members.

We are the only high school in the county that still offers an After Prom. We had approximately 400 students attend this past weekend! We're determined to only continue growing. Join in on the fun next year!
