At MKMAC, earning a black belt is about more than martial arts skills it is about leadership, character and service. As part of their Black Belt journey, our newly promoted Black Belts recently completed a community service project, demonstrating the true spirit of TKD both on and off the mat.

Congratulations to our MKMAC students who competed at the 2026 GMU President's Cup TKD Championship at George Mason University last Saturday! 🥋
Representing MKMAC were 2nd Degree Black Belts Naveyah and Quest, 1st Degree Black Belt Adrianna and color belts Braylyn and Liam.
All of our competitors performed with confidence, determination and excellent sportsmanship. Their hard work paid off, as every competitor earned a medal, placing from 1st through 3rd in their divisions! 🥇🥈🥉

Starting June 1 through August 31, students may wear their MKMAC T-shirts to class in place of their Dobok tops!

🎉 New 2026 MKMAC T-shirt designs have arrived! Stop by the front desk to check out the latest designs and pick up your favorite.

Full Doboks are required for all Promotion Tests and Black Belt Tests — no exceptions.
