Two days to strengthen your skills! We’re excited to welcome guest cheer coaches Coach Kat and Coach Elise Lonestar Spirit Academy who will be leading our cheer instruction!

Workshop classes include:

🩵 leaps, turns + jumps
🧘🏻‍♀️stretch + conditioning
