The Women’s Leadership Colloquium at UMW brings together professional women from all walks of life to learn and grow together. The annual November event features a keynote speech by an accomplished leader, seminars, and networking. 🌟 Speaker Spotlight: Beth Williams

We’re excited to welcome Beth Williams, Human Resources executive, facilitator, and certified life and leadership coach, as our featured speaker for Junes Coffee Talk!

She began her career in Human Resources with an international government contracting firm in the DC area, and has worked in various industries throughout her 30+ year - career. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources for the University of Mary Washington, her alma mater. Beth also has a broad spectrum of leadership experience in the Fredericksburg community, including service as a board member for Rappahannock United Way and Women United. Beth is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Fredericksburg and has enjoyed working as a mentor for the program in the years since then. Beth’s desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others and the organizations in which she’s worked continues to fuel her career and her coaching.
