And that’s a wrap! I’ve never worked so hard for a pair of socks in my whole life! 😅

🤓 Things I learned:
➡️ Set a goal and expect delays. Figure out how you will meet the goal in less-than-perfect circumstances
➡️ I CAN jog for 23 minutes straight. Stronger than I thought I was.
➡️ I CAN workout every day. I just have to prioritize myself for 1 hour each day.
➡️ Consistency creates momentum, momentum creates results. Improved my Starting Line distance by .11 mile with 2 weeks of hard work.

New goal established - keeping it to myself until I get there 😉 see you in the studio soon 🍊🧡

Another amazing week in PA! 🧡 Just wrapped up teaching an incredible group of new candidates, and WOW — they showed up, leveled up, and are ready to light it up at OTF State College and OTF Harrisburg! 💡✨ Super proud of them! 🥹
