Grateful to have attended the Virginia CEOs Luncheon at University of Richmond as a guest of . It was a truly classy and thoughtfully curated event.

A highlight of the afternoon was hearing from Kristin Cavallo, whose reflections on leadership across creative environments, organizational culture, and talent management were both insightful and refreshingly candid. Her perspective reinforced the importance of adaptability—meeting people and teams where they are while still driving performance and innovation.

Events like this are a great reminder of the power of shared dialogue among leaders navigating complex, evolving environments. I left energized and reflecting on how we continue to shape cultures that bring out the best in people.

I’m excited to share that I am now officially a Strengths Champion Certified Coach specializing in using CliftonStrengths.

For years, I’ve integrated strengths-based development into strategic planning, leadership cohorts, executive coaching, and team performance work. Becoming certified deepens that expertise and allows me to bring even more precision, research-based insight, and application tools to my clients.

When leaders understand how their natural talents drive performance, engagement, and influence, they stop trying to fix weaknesses and start multiplying impact.
