Commonwealth Criminal Justice Academy is teaching a Federal Executive Protection Services course to several Special Agents this week. We would like to thank Devin Tullis from Tullis Worldwide Protection for being one of our guest speakers today. Following yesterday’s period of instruction on Threat Assessments and Protective Intelligence, we reviewed Route Planning as we move into the foundational importance of Advance work.
Devin’s extensive experience supported the dialogue regarding route planning as we discussed phase lines, ideal attack sites, choke points, safe havens, and other important advance topics discussed today.
The students were able to experience kinesthetic learning through hands on practicals such as running routes, e.g., primary, secondary, emergency and connector routes and completed an integral portion of the Operations Order. They will continue the period of instruction and provide route planning briefings to our instructor cadre.

On this day, we pause to honor the lives lost and the heroes who emerged on September 11, 2001. We remember the first responders who ran toward danger, the families who endured unimaginable loss, and the resilience that united our nation in the face of tragedy.
At Commonwealth Criminal Justice Academy, we are committed to carrying forward the lessons of that day — courage, sacrifice, and service to others. Let us take a moment to reflect, to teach the next generation, and to never forget.
🇺🇸 We Remember. We Honor. We Serve.
