NOW FORMING......2026 FJVC REC LEAGUE at the Rouse Center Starting May 2026

The goal of the Rec league is to learn new skills, improve your current skills, meet new friends, and enjoy participating in the sport of volleyball.

Players will learn the basic skills and rules of the game using drill work and will gain knowledge of the court.

League teams will have one practice per week and play a match on Saturdays. Teams are coached by a coach or a parent Volunteer. Practice will start on May 6th, and the league will end on Saturday, June 6th.

Parent Volunteer head coach will receive a $50 discount for their child. Practices will be on a Wednesday or Friday from 6:00 P.M.-7:30 P.M or 7:30 P.M.-9:00 P.M. Matches will be played on Saturdays starting at 2:00 P.M. or 3:00 P.M.

Registration fee is $180

Registration is limited to the first 40 players and will close on Sunday, April 26th.

Special requests will only be considered prior to the registration deadline. Please note when you register. In addition, once registration is closed, additional players will not be added to the league.

Registration is limited to the first 50 players and will close on Friday October 3rd

In this four week program, the goal of the Rec league is to learn new skills, improve your current skills, meet new friends, and enjoy participating in the sport of volleyball. Players will learn the basic skills and rules of the game using drill work and will gain knowledge of the court. League teams will have two practices during the week(1.5 hours each) This will consist of 45 minutes of skills and 45 minutes of match play each evening. Registration will end on March 26th. Practices will be on Monday and Tuesday each week starting April 7th through April 29th. Practice time wiould be 6:00 P.M.-7:30 P.M. or 7:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Shirt Included. Cost $140

Beginner/Intermediate program now forming!!!!!

In this three-week program you will learn the basics of volleyball and also continue to improve your current skill level. Intrasquad scrimmages will also be provided to develop an understanding of the game strategy. The program will begin January 8th and end on January 23rd. The session will be every Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00 P.M.-7:30 P.M. or 7:30 P.M.-9:00 P.M. You will be assigned a set time for the three weeks. Practices can be on Tuesday-Thursday depending on the number of teams that are formed. Practice will be from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Registration will end on September 29th. Team information will be communicated the week of September 30th. Practices will begin the week of October 7th. The League will run through November 23rd.
