We had a fantastic Belt Ceremony this year. It was a Big one 5 Black Belts Promoted and it was a huge honor to promote our first ever LAB female Black Belt to . Coach Janet and her family are a huge part of the LAB. Her work ethic is second to none 🥋🙏🏼Big Congratulations goes out to everyone that got promoted what a huge accomplishment 🙏🏼🥋 had a epic IBJJF run medaling in all the majors traveling all over the world and gaining so much knowledge and life experience. We are very proud of you 🥋 we love having you as a part of The LAB and now a LAB Black Belt 🙏🏼 you have been a big part of the Lab for so long. It was an honor to put the black belt on you 🙏🏼🥋 Coach Kelly and I are very proud of all your progress and work ethic 🥋🙏🏼 it was just an all-around great day to see everybody smiling and how much are martial art family has grown. Looking forward to the future 🥋🇺🇸🥋

Big day at The LAB Martial Arts come on out and join us🥋 Master Dalla will be doing a little seminar. We will have some big promotions and then celebrate with some food and rolling 🇺🇸🥋🇧🇷
