You still can’t catch?🤔

Getting your hands on the ball is one thing. Holding on to it is another. Stronger hands and grip can help you keep control when the ball hits your hands, especially when you’re moving or a defender is close.

That’s where the brick comes in. These three exercises make your hands and forearms work to grip and control it. Add them to your routine to build stronger hands, improve your catching ability, and upgrade your game. 🧱🏈

Comment HANDS for more catching drills.

Tried of dropping the ball?🤔
Train your grip to hold on. 🏈

Farmer’s carries: Build the strength to keep your hands locked around the ball.
Dumbbell forearm curls: Strengthen the muscles that help you control your grip.
Straight bar forearm curls: Add more forearm work so your grip can hold up through the game.

Add these to your routine, and keep practicing catches under pressure. Comment “HANDS” for more ball drills! 👇

Your cut is only as good as the push that gets you out of it. 🏈🏀

Whether you’re planting for a football cut or crossing over in basketball, you need to push hard off the ground and stay in control. These 3 resisted lateral drills help build that strength. Then practice the moves at game speed to make them count when you play.

Which drill are you trying first—1, 2, or 3? Comment below, or DM “agility” to train with Coach Nate.
