Good morning Iron Age Club 🤙
We are looking forward to class tomorrow at 10AM!
If you are interested in joining the club, please come out tomorrow morning so we can get you started!
This isn't just a club advanced competitors, please come out if you are just a beginner or want to learn how to lift properly.
The programming includes 3 classes a week, accessory work for the days we do not meet and PT sessions with a certified Physical Therapist.
In the next few days we will be introducing your coaches!

Hey everybody! Welcome to the Iron Age Weightlifting Clubs' page! We are stoked to start training! Shoot us a message if you're ready to make some gains!
Class times will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:15PM-8:15PM and Saturdays from 10:00AM - 11:00AM.
