This is my student, Francis Lagano, performing at the Aguado Classical Guitar Competition this past May. Francis performed Asturias ("Leyenda") by Isaac Albéniz.

He gave a flawlessly, rousing performance of the work and received much praise. I am super proud of Francis. I have been teaching the Lagano family for many years and it was my pleasure to teach Francis, the third sibling and look forward to teaching his younger brother Thomas who also shows tremendous potential!

Hey everyone! Thanks for those that came out to support Music Factory VA's Rock Ensemble performance Wednesday at Colonial Tavern Home to the Irish! Great job to all our students who crushed it on guitar, bass, keyboards, drums and vocals! It was one of our best shows ever! Missed it?! We will be back Wednesday, September 3rd with another wonderful show!

Hi everyone!! I’m happy to announce that our new website is complete and live!!! Please visit and be happy to sign up for our new monthly newsletter!!! I also want to mention our instructors! Wesley Hockaday has been with me since the Forte music days and I’m so happy to work side-by-side with such a talented musician and wonderful human being!!! Wesley is our piano/voice instructor! Hannah Gould has been with us for a while and she is an excellent strings instructor!!! Very proud to have her on board!! Chase Gilbert is our Drum/percussion instructor and we are happy to have him on board as well! As we expand, we look to hire new instructors to be part of the Music Factory VA family!!! I want to thank all the families and parents and students who have supported me!! This is just the beginnings of what I want to bring to the Fredericksburg community!!!
