Most people aren't carrying too much because they're weak.

They're carrying too much because they've been holding it in for too long.

Unspoken grief.
Unprocessed loss.
Boundaries that were never set.

Healing doesn't begin when life gets easier.

It begins when you're willing to face what you've been carrying.

💬 What's one boundary you've learned to protect?

Life has knocked me off balance more than once.

I know what it's like to walk through grief.
To hear a diagnosis that changes everything.
To wonder how you're supposed to move forward after life changes in an instant.

But here's what I've learned...

Being knocked down doesn't mean your story is over.

Sometimes it's the very thing that teaches you how strong you really are.

💬 What's one challenge that made you stronger than you ever imagined?

June has been a beautiful reminder...

That when we care, we share. 💛

As we come upon the end of June, I hope that June has been exciting for you and you have really, really, really worked on your sharing is caring month.

Now, we are getting ready to fall into July, and I tell you, July is an exciting month.

So for those that are out there and you're thinking, *"Hmm... what is she up to for July?"*

I will tell you that July is placing one foot in front of the other and working towards your goals to accomplish your mission.

Now, work hard on those tasks that you have coming forward.

I just want you to know we're here to support you.

So let's get working.

Start July off just right as you end June with a final push to care and share with someone.

I'll see you guys soon, and I'll talk to you soon.

Thank you. 💛

Before June ends, tell me...

You may not be in a peaceful place right now.

You may still be carrying things you haven't talked about.
Trying to figure things out.
Wondering when things will finally feel lighter.

But I want you to hear me when I say this...

You may not be there yet.

But it's coming. 💛

And until you get there, keep giving yourself grace.

What's one thing you've been worrying about that you're trying to release?

06/18/2026

Sometimes we're not overwhelmed because there's too much happening.

Sometimes we're overwhelmed because we've been carrying too much by ourselves.

You don't have to hold everything in.

Talk to someone.
Text someone.
Let someone sit with you in it.

💬 What's one thing you've been keeping to yourself lately?

06/17/2026

Self-care sounds nice...

Until you realize it actually takes intention.

It means making time for yourself.
Setting boundaries.
Saying no.
Resting when you need to.

And sometimes that's harder than taking care of everyone else.

As you're pouring into others this month, don't forget to pour into yourself too.

💬 What's one thing you do for self-care that people might not expect?

06/16/2026

If you're always the one encouraging everyone else...

This is your reminder to check on yourself too.

To rest.
To breathe.
To make sure you're not pouring from an empty cup.

Because caring for others matters.

But so does caring for you. 💛

One thing retirement taught me...

Just because you're ready physically doesn't mean you're ready emotionally.

I had to learn who I was outside of the uniform.
Outside of the routine.
Outside of the job.

And that season taught me something important:

People are carrying battles you can't see.

That's why this month I'm talking about caring, sharing, and showing up for one another.

You never know what someone is walking through.

💬 What's one thing life taught you during a difficult transition?
